Martin Commons was our agent and we couldn’t have gotten luckier. He was always professional, always prompt returning our calls, messages, and emails. Martin was very knowledgeable about the area we chose to buy our house, and even though my husband and I have bought houses in the past, there were things we’d forgot, like making sure the sellers’ final payoff was included in the closing documents.

Martin is awesome! He was available and ready for thousands of showings. He helped us with all of our questions and was very patient with us. We have dealt with a lot of realtors with our own and family real estate, Martin by far is our favorite!
